I love going to this Miniso! There is a worker there named Kevin and let me just say, EXCELLANT SERVICE! He was so knowledgeable and helped me find whatever I was looking for. Even recommended me some products and I WAS SOLD! Somebody give Kevin and raise or a week long vacation.

I entered the store feeling so overwhelmed and distracted by so many cute things! I felt like I was walking around in circles for 15 minutes!! Maylin saw me struggling and didn’t disregard or ignore me, she walked over, asked if I needed help, and showed me exactly where what I needed were. She was super chill, kind, and made me laugh. She helped me have such a good experience. Thank you Maylin for being so sweet!!

Great store and great vibes! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The manager is always present restocking and organizing to keep the store looking its best. He has also always given us tips on what will be restocked and what won’t just to make sure we secure the products that won’t be coming back.

Store is always very neat and I always see a specific staff member I believe her name is Maylin always being so helpful and tiding up the store. She most definitely deserves a raise. Not only is her customer service amazing but anytime I have any questions she’s more then happy to answer and help out Will most certainly be shopping here more often!

Best Miniso store around California. The manager sure knows his stuff. Keeping up to date with all the new releases sure helps. Store is well organized. Most of the employees aren't bad either when helping the customers. Always friendly. Don't just stand there, get to the store ASAP!!

I honestly don't know what all the other reviews are talking about. Each employee I had spoken to went above and beyond with helping me. From getting started with a membership that I already have 10$ off for my next purchase! The points seems to accumulate really fast, which is amazing. To helping me find everything I needed for my granddaughters birthday. They all seem to be really happy and cheerful when I went in, with lots of enthusiasm to help.

The staff are extremely welcoming and nice! I asked about items I didn’t see in the floor and the staff went out of their way to find them items for me! The items I was looking for wasn’t set out of the floor yet but they still let me buy a few pieces!! They assured me in the new few days the whole collection will be out on the floor! I will absolutely be coming back and it’s definitely going to be a regular stop when I’m at the mall. The store itself is super organized and so colorful. If you’re a fan of Daiso you’re gonna love Miniso at fashion fair!!!

Very cute store filled with the latest Japanese/Korean/Asian pop culture gifts. From stickers, shirts, shoes, figurines, collectibles, gachas, plushies, and so much more. There seems to be some themed products as well. Employees were nice and very welcoming. The aisles were very clean but one person could block an entire aisle. It is a bit tight, especially if you have a stroller or cart. Prices are on the higher end for certain items. But, if you need to look for specific items, you could possibly find it here. From Hello Kitty to Miffy to Marvel and other brands, this is a very cute store. If you or someone you know is into this, this is THE store to check out.
